What is your return or replacement policy?
We will gladly refund or replace any item that may be damaged or lost due to shipping. We will also refund or replace orders that are filled incorrectly by us. We cannot refund shipping costs. To request a refund, contact us at support@facevaluecards.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for the full refund policy.
So these cards have no folds?
Yeah, we got tired of all the folding, opening, closing, opening, closing, and we figured you might be too. We just want to save everyone the hassle. You could use the energy savings to grab a snack or go on a date or something. Okay, mainly we like how they look.
Do you have gift cards for your store?
Not at the moment, but it is something we may consider later on. Great idea, everyone!
